Ashtanga Intro

A detailed intro with Matias to the traditional vinyasa system through the study of Surya Namaskar and fundamental postures. We’ll go through the philosophical foundation of this practice as well as the history and explanation of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga.

This is ideal for complete beginners, who will find a warm introduction and practitioners who want to get to know more of it, will leave with a deeper look at the lineage and practice.
