Ashtanga Yoga Summer Retreat close to Berlin, Germany
An opportunity to retreat and have some time apart from our daily routine. We intend to share how we bring yoga into our daily lives, how to develop a sustainable practice, that nourishes and permeates into all aspects of your life.
We will have daily sessions of seated meditation in the morning and evening. The mornings will be divided between pranayama and Ashtanga yoga Mysore-style sessions, and asana clinics/talks in the afternoons. There will also be plenty of time to rest, relax, and enjoy the art of doing nothing. Make time in our lives, create space in the body, silence in the mind to learn to deeply listen to what’s inside and around us.
Arrival: Thursday, July 13, from 3 pm.
Departure: Sunday, July 16, after brunch.
Our Summer Ashtanga Yoga Retreat will take place in this amazing courtyard project in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, very close to Berlin, Germany.
A lovingly renovated country idyll near the Stettiner Haffs with huge grounds, woods and lake just around the corner. Ideal if you want to avoid flying outside of Europe.
Arrival is possible by train / car or van, plus you can even bring your bike in the train with you.

BY TRAIN
The RE 3 drives all the way from Berlin to Ducherow, the cheapest way to get there is with two tickets: You can get together and buy a Berlin-Brandenburg ticket for up to 5 people to Jatznick station and then you only have to buy one ticket each from Jatznick to Ducherow. From Ducherow it is a 10 min car ride by taxi or carpooling of 10 minutes to get to NONNA.
For a binding* booking, please fill in the registration form and to access the early bird your can either make a €100 deposit or make full payment before the due date.
Payment in installments is also possible. If you are not able to pay the full price at the moment, please contact us and we will find a good solution for you!
* Binding means: In case you cannot come, there will be no refund of the retreat price, but you are welcome to send a substitute.
In case of force majeure (e.g. pandemics, etc.), which makes it impossible to hold the yoga retreat at that time, the retreat booking becomes a retreat voucher, which is valid for two years. Therefore the payments remain with us, refunds of the already paid retreat price are not possible.
