Ashtanga Yoga classes

Mysore style is the traditional and safest way to learn Ashtanga Yoga as it ensures that beginners work at their own pace and receive individual attention. Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style means that students come at any time and do the sequence at their own pace and rhythm, everyone is focused on their own practice and is free to start and finish when they need to.

The length of the class depends on the experience of the student and, because of the individualized instruction, is suitable for those just starting as well as those with plenty of experience. The first classes usually last between 30′ and 45′, depending on the person.

There is no need to pre-register to attend our classes, just come! For complete beginners (in Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style), we ask for one month of commitment to give it a try, tailor the practice to your personal conditions, and establish a relationship, that is the cornerstone of the Ashtanga Yoga method.

All levels, including complete beginners, are welcome. The shala counts with shower and yoga mats to lend.
Classes are held in German, English and Spanish. See prices >
