Ethan Ward is an Authorized Level II Ashtanga Yoga teacher who leads transformative events around the world, sharing a deep and authentic experience of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga method. His teaching reflects more than a decade of dedicated practice under his guru, R. Sharath Jois, in Mysore, India, and offers students a direct connection to this living tradition.

On Sunday afternoon, Ethan will offer a special Masterclass open to all practitioners.

Effortless Movement
Vinyasa & transitions for Ashtanga Yoga explained and experienced. Learn to take key asanas with greater control, precision and ease. This session involves physical movement practice as well as open discussion.
